How do I trigger an alert to stop my users from losing their inputed form data?

If you’ve ever known the frustration of filling out a huge form, just to accidentally tap the menu and navigate to a new page or two finger swipe back and lose all your hard work, you’ll know why this screencast can be valuable. If you’ve experienced this yourself, you can understand how frustrating and deterring it would be for your users to have this happen to them on your application. But don’t worry, adding javascript to alert your users of unsaved changes is actually pretty simple.
